Designer Intern

The role

You’ll work on live briefs, alongside our senior designer, on actual clients. Some weeks that’s a product screen for the Lingocare platform. Some weeks it’s a pitch deck going to investors in Frankfurt. You won’t be handed a system and told to stay inside it; the system is still being built, and you’ll help build it.

We care far more about what you’ve made and how you think than where you studied or how long you’ve been doing this.

What you’ll work on

• Brand and visual identity: logo refinement, color systems, typography, and style guides for EU-facing clients
• Product UI: screens, components, and flows for the lingocare.ai platform — real Figma files going to dev
• Pitch decks: investor and client presentations where design clarity under a tight deadline matters
• Web and marketing: landing pages, social assets, and campaign visuals across revyn.tech and lingo.care

What we’re looking for

• A portfolio that shows thinking, not just output. We want to see the decision behind the frame: why this layout, why this type, why this colour. Even rough process notes count.
• Figma fluency. Components, auto-layout, prototyping. You don’t have to be an expert, but you should be comfortable working in a live shared file with feedback coming in fast.
• An eye for premium, minimal design. Our clients are in European markets. Work that feels generic or over-decorated won’t land.
• AI already in your workflow. Midjourney, Firefly, Claude, Lovable, Figma Make — whatever you actually use. We’ll ask you to show us, not just tell us.
• Comfort with a vague brief. Sometimes the input is one sentence. We expect you to ask one good question, then move.
• Basic written English. You’ll be leaving comments in Figma, responding to client feedback, and walking through your work in short written summaries.

Nice to have

• Some exposure to design systems or component libraries
• Experience designing for EdTech, HealthTech, or SaaS products
• A basic sense of how designs hand off to a React developer — you don’t need to code, but knowing what “dev-ready” means helps
• Any motion or micro-interaction work, even basic Figma Smart Animate
